ABOUT ME
Strategic Legal Advice for Business
I am an Attorney-at-Law and hold a PhD in Commercial Law. For nearly twenty years, I have been advising entrepreneurs on corporate, commercial and civil law matters.
My work focuses primarily on projects where corporate ownership, governance and liability have a direct impact on the long-term success of a business. I work at the intersection of law and business management. Beyond legal compliance, I am interested in whether the adopted solutions work effectively in practice—within ownership structures, contractual relationships and the day-to-day operation of a business.
Sector Experience
Throughout my legal practice, I have advised clients operating across a broad range of industries, including fintech, payment services, renewable energy, technology start-ups, mining, automotive, real estate development, innovative technology projects and family foundations. Working across diverse sectors has helped me to shape a systemic approach to legal advisory. It enables me to identify the real sources of legal risk quickly and to design solutions that reflect the way a business operates rather than the characteristics of a particular industry.
Academic Background and Publications
Management Board of a Foundation (Zarząd fundacji, Kraków, 2014). My academic background influences the way I approach legal advisory: through systematic analysis, careful legal structuring and consideration of the long-term implications of every solution, while still maintaining a practical, business-oriented perspective.
Space Law and
Innovation
I have a particular interest in projects where law intersects with technology and innovation, especially within the space sector. For many years I have combined my interest in high-tech industries with corporate law practice. I work closely with the academic community, particularly technical universities, supporting technology commercialization and the development of legal frameworks for research and development projects. I regard the space sector as a strategic area of specialization, requiring both regulatory precision and a thorough understanding of the unique nature of technology-driven projects and their long-term development.
International Projects and Cross-Cultural Business
International projects form an important part of my legal practice. I advise businesses entering the European Union market, with particular focus on entrepreneurs and investors from India. My work includes designing legal structures compliant with Polish and European Union law, establishing governance models, defining liability frameworks and structuring relationships between the parent company and its Polish operating entity. When working with international clients, I take into account not only legal considerations but also cultural context, communication styles and decision-making processes.
Family Foundations and Wealth Structures
My experience in designing corporate structures, analyzing liability and advising businesses with complex ownership arrangements naturally extends to family foundations. I view a family foundation not merely as a legal vehicle but as a carefully designed governance structure that organizes ownership, wealth management and succession across generations. In practice, success depends on balancing different family and business interests while creating a governance model that aligns investment, operational and family objectives.
